RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All original accessories, manuals, tags, and boxes must be included.

The product must be in resellable condition.

Used, damaged, or physically altered products will not be accepted.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be approved.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Share clear pictures or videos (if required).

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product arrived damaged.

There was an error from our side.
If the return is not due to our mistake, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account.

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos). After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
