Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, warranty cards, and boxes must be included.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Return requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be approved.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Submit clear photos or videos if requested.

  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • An error occurred on our side.

If the return is not due to our mistake, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 48 hours of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

  • Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return has been approved.
